Read MoreCan you believe that this is my first time trying Spaghetti Squash? I know, you’re judging me. But, seriously.. it’s my first time eating it. I’m honestly upset that i haven’t tried it before. It pairs so well with cheese and sauce. But, then again… what doesn’t pair well with cheese and sauce?
Read MorePizza! Pizza! Pizza! For years, pizza was my favorite food because I didn’t have it often and whenever I had it, it would always be absolutely delicious. Foods that I don’t have often (such as lobster, prime rib, oxtail) are so much better than they are because I don’t eat them all the time.
Read MoreAh. Pastrami. Pastrami isn’t something that I eat often. I recently started eating lunch meat again, as long as it’s nitrate free & low sodium, count me in.
Read MoreChili is a dish that my mother only cooked in the fall and winter. We never ate chili in the summer unless we had no other choice. Chili is a comfort dish in my family since it makes you feel all warm inside and relaxed. Chili makes you want to snuggle in a blanket under fireplace and watch Christmas movies. Well, at least that what it makes me feel.
Read MoreThis dish was something I came up with after I was brainstorming a quality white sauce recipe. I've been dying to try and make Cacio e Pepe, but my nieces wanted me to add my own twist and add some bacon.
Read MoreThis post isn't exactly a recipe. This isn't really a dish that has a recipe, I just threw some items together. Prepared Lobster Ravioli from Trader Joe's, manuka honey, wild mushroom brie, bacon, and parsley. That simple. I just wanted to rave about my new obsession with manuka honey and cheese.
Read Moref you don't season or sauce your tofu, it's normally really dry and lacks flavor. That is the same way that I feel about meats or vegetables in general, I don't know how people just add salt and pepper to their foods and go. I need the umami.
Read MoreWhen it comes to salads, I always try and source out organic and fresh ingredients. It's important to me that I eat organic produce due to how disgusting the food industry is.

My favorite thing about pasta is that it is so comforting. Since it’s the fall, I’ve been really into cooking meals that are cozy and will fill me up. Pasta is the perfect meal for that. Pasta, in my humble opinion, always taste SO much better the day after it’s cooked. When the sauce really seeps into the noodles, it’s to die for.
Hey guys! Yesterday, I just felt like baking and frying for some strange reason. I made a pumpkin butter tart with the left over dough from these scones, my weird version of Loukoumades, and these scones here. I didn’t have a precise recipe for these desserts, I just went in my kitchen and put together a dough. I knew that I didn’t want to create any cookies or cakes, I was focusing on dough based sweets.
These are officially my favorite way to cook chicken wings. This sauce is perfect. If you’re someone that prefers a spicier sauce, use less honey! I added more honey so that my daughter could eat these wings. The sauce combined with the char from the grill, oh my god, my mouth is watering just typing this! Haha. When it comes to wings and sauces, I love my sauces to be either spicy or sweet and spicy. I don’t like Garlic Parmesan wings, I know, you’re totally judging me right now. I love all three separately, but I have never tried those wings and liked them from anyone. I guess it’s because I don’t think it’s the right cheese used and normally it has way too much damn garlic. I love garlic just as much as anybody else, but I don’t want to be hit in the face with garlic.
This tastes like a blend between Beef Stroganoff and Alfredo, except it’s not as rich as those dishes are. You taste the nuttiness of the macadamia milk, the earthy butter, and the salty Parmesano Reggiano.
