Pink Panther Smoothie

If you’ve been following me for awhile on Instagram, you know I love my smoothies in the morning. I love coffee and tea like everybody else, but I don’t drink them often because I prefer the nutritional benefits of a nice freshly made smoothie.

I’m trying to clean out my freezer, so I’ve been making random fruit combinations to get rid of a lot of the fruit that is in there. This combination works well to me because I love the tartness of the cranberries combined with the neutral spinach. Normally, I use raspberries in all of my smoothies because it’s my favorite fruit, but unfortunately I’m all out! I know for a fact that raspberries (in place of the strawberries) would kick this recipe up a notch. Spinach is my favorite vegetable base in smoothies because I do not taste it in comparison to using something like Kale or Celery. Although, Zucchini in smoothies are amazing because you literally cannot tell it’s in there. You easily could fool the pickiest eater.

Pink Panther Smoothie

ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Mango 
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax
  • 1 tsp Pitaya Powder 

instructions:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients and enjoy!
